There are no basket factories in Guatemala. Weavers are all independent and often can work from home, their own personal shops in a market, or in a co-op space. Many women make baskets in their home. As moms ourselves with children under foot, we appreciate being able to do a job that allows the family to be together.

Perhaps you changed your mind because the winds were blowing East and not West. Either way we want to make it right!

Also, don’t try to maim your bag ;) Common sense would tell you that if you try to cut, maim, modify, abuse, burn, drown, microwave or your kid takes sharpies to your bag we won’t be willing to replace.
